i belive i signed up to this fourm a month or so ago, yet i find that durning this time it has taken some time for me to come up with a way for me to share what has happend in my breif period of living.
my parents moved out of that area when i knew harold by the way.

College sounds great, go for it. I made the mistake of believing my parents rantings about Armageddon and missed out. Still kicking myself.
Even though I drifted out at 24 without getting baptised I didn't wake up to the reality of the Troof until I was over 50 so I envy your getting out early to take advantage of what life without the Troof has to offer.

A trickier one is http://www.heraldmag.org/olb/bsl/Library.pdf Has the ZWT in PDF format. Very good if you already know the date you are after.

dressed impecably, and always well prepaired, all seemed as it should be, but at home things were crazy.. im sure that my experance is much like many of yours.

I sort of know how you feel, I am still at the angry stage myself. I never took a dunking so I didn't have to put up with all the crap that you did, but be thankful you have found out how shonky it all is at a young age.
I'd been out for 28 years before I found out the real truth about them.

I would have to describe my father as a Jehovah's Terrorist.
Armageddon is always brought up by him when he can't resist trying get me into the troof.
Every newspaper and WT is full of the signs of the end, and he is compelled to tell someone about it. "You'd better hurry up son, the world is full of terrorists."
Now he is wondering why his son has finally told him in no uncertain terms that " Armageddon has had its day, it's over, don't cry wolf around here no mo. Go buy a yourself a decent Bible and read it."

a long time jw wife left her husband, an elder, recently.
when mrs sheep told me, i asked what happened.
the black clouds of mordor rolled over the hills of the shire behind our house and i rapidly withdrew to my cave.. later, i suggested, in wide eyed innocence, that she should give her a ring as she probably needs all the friends she can get at this time.
I copied the pic from Great Grandma's Pears Cyclopaedia. The original would look rather nice in my hallway.
